Yoga for Us: Specialty BIPOC Outdoor Celebration of Intentional Rest and Sound Meditation with Marlene Boyette
Although it can often seem inaccessible, ease is an essential component for our own equanimity. The less we are able to access a felt sense of ease, the more tension we encounter; in our minds, in our bodies, in our hearts, and in our day-to-day lives. If you have been seeking an opportunity to experience calm, belonging, safety, and peace in the presence of community, Marlene will guide a gentle grounding practice followed by an immersive sound bath, catered specifically to the BIPOC community.

Join Daniel for a monthly yogic studies offering. Each meeting will begin by introducing a yogic concept, exploring its origins, principles, and significance in the yogic tradition. After an introduction and brief group discussion you will have the opportunity to embody and experience the theme through various yogic practices.
Finding the Light: Gaining Power with Resistance Bands with Kiera Penpeci
In this joyful and energetic workshop, Kiera will take you through a sequence designed to recruit more musculature and challenge your end-ranges when taking different shapes, all while leveraging resistance bands to “light up” muscle groups the brain may have forgotten to activate to find extra power in poses that sometimes feel numb or heavy.
Kula Practice: Intermediate/Advanced Asana with Andrea Fotopoulos
Practicing in community can be a powerful and joyful experience. Andrea leads from her mat for a three hour full spectrum intermediate and advanced postural practice monthly. Each practice will include contemplation, mantra, and a closing meditation.
Master Class with Ame Wren
Join us for the special opportunity to practice in person with Ame Wren. Intended for the curious and dedicated student, this class will approach more complex postures & themes. Experience with backbends, inversions at the wall and simple pranayama is encouraged. Expect a blend of vinyasa yoga and structural work aimed at creating clarity in asana and body mechanics.
Reverse the Curse: Thoracic Mobility and Neck Stability with Ame Wren
Join us for the special opportunity to practice in-person with Ame Wren, to focus on the spinal alignment of the upper back and neck. Get familiar with the anatomy of misalignment in the upper carriage, its unfortunate effects, and harness asana and movement tools to "reverse the curse" and put your head back on top of your rib cage where it longs to be.
Queer + Trans Community Yoga with Henri Garrison-Desany
This class is intended as a welcoming yoga environment for anyone who considers themselves a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Led by Harley Takagi Kaner (he/they) and Henri Garrison-Desany (all pronouns welcome) on alternating months. Class includes a blend of vinyasa flow and mindfulness practices. Direction and prop use will be inclusive of those who may have had surgeries or whose bodies are changing, and hands-on assists will be offered for those interested and comfortable with touch.

Each month will have a specific focus, so regular attendance and drop ins are welcome!

Meet Your Feet with Kiera Penpeci
Join Kiera Penpeci (she/they) for a functional movement practice for strong and responsive feet that stabilize the body from the ground up. Made up of many small, seemingly insignificant joints and muscles, the feet create a complex system that builds a strong foundation for our posture and gait. In this practice, you will use myofascial release balls, resistance bands, and familiar studio props to “meet your feet”.
